About us
Master butcher and butcher Tibor Kónya and his son János have been making our smoked specialities for generations.
We only use reliable, certified mangalica and pork for our products, which are carefully selected.
In our own production plant, each sausage, bacon and smoked ham is slowly smoked in hardwood, preserving the traditional, full-bodied flavour.

Kónya Fleisch is a family business spanning several generations. My father, Tibor Kónya, a master butcher and butcher's butcher, has been in the meat business for more than four decades. His experience and precision can be felt in all our smoked products. He taught us that quality is not a matter of chance: it takes good ingredients, honest work and attention.
